Spent my Christmas holiday at this heritage hotel and it was amazing. The room was spacious and clean with a beautiful private terrace. The swimming pool was a great way to cool off after exploring the nearby attractions. The breakfast buffet had a variety of continental and local dishes, and the staff was friendly. The location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was within walking distance of many landmarks.

The historical architecture and old paintings on the walls were impressive and gave a glimpse of the past. the gardens were well maintained and the pool was refreshing after a long day of sightseeing. the restaurant offered a wide range of delicious meals and an excellent buffet breakfast.

The room was in dire need of renovation, the walls were peeling, and the bathroom was dirty. Unfortunately, the staff lacked enthusiasm and seemed disinterested in providing good customer service.

Gorgeous suite with private terraces. Nice swimming pool and spa. Interesting shower solution. Friendly staff. Good dinner buffet with Indian and pasta dishes. Amazing views, location, and restored art. Ramayan Frescoes. Truly heritage complex.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I loved the historic feel of this hotel, with its restored art and beautiful Ramayan Frescoes. The location was also excellent, with a lovely garden filled with Jasmin bushes and easy access to the nearby mosque and Khatu Shyam temple. The staff were attentive, and I enjoyed the good food at the large dining room.

As I walk through the spacious courtyard, I admire the old castle architecture. the hotel is located in an old town, giving you a glimpse of the village's past. the beautiful fragrance of Jasmin bushes, especially in the mornings, gives a nostalgic touch. one can easily take a short drive to the Khatu Shyam temple from here. Not to mention that the grand rooms and bathrooms are equipped with modern amenities and ensure comfortable stays. the service is impeccable, and complimentary bottled water is provided.

The food quality and variety at the breakfast buffet were disappointing.
